At the Merthyr Tydfil Institute for the Blind, we aim to achieve a delicate balance of the commercial demands on the organisation with the social ethos of providing employment and training opportunities to people with disabilities or who are from an under-represented group. Working together as a team, I envisage exciting potential for many years to come, ultimately reaching our long term targets of the Blueprint for the future.
