December is a new month for MTIB, and with the new month comes big changes for the organisation. We say goodbye to two members of staff, who are off to pastures new, and see our long-serving Chief Executive, John Stacey, go off to enjoy his retirement.

Cory Richards, Sales and Marketing Manager, who has been with us since December 2006, leaves us to follow his dream of working in sports marketing, and Alan Hall, one of our training officers will take up a position closer to his hometown. We have recruited a new member of staff for this position, Debra Roberts, who starts with us in January.

John, meanwhile, is to remain with MTIB as a part-time adviser, with responsibility of looking at new opportunities for the supported manufacturing business, and will support our new Chief Executive, Richard Welfoot, who moves up from the position of Director of Finance and Administration.

All the staff wish all three members thanks for their dedication to the company, and for all their achievements, and wish them the best for the future.
