Training Courses
MTIB offers a wide range of training course from introductory and taster courses to accredited National Open College Network (NOCN) Qualifications.
Training is delivered at a variety of levels ranging from Entry to Level 2 and additional support is available for learners. All Courses are delivered within a specalised training facility by a team of qualified trainers who create a relaxed, supportive environment.

In addition to delivering courses at our training facility in Pentrebach, MTIB are able to deliver courses for other providers, organisations and companies who wish to develop the skills of their customers or staff. Please contact the training team on 01685 370072 to discuss your requirements.
Am I eligible?
You are if you live in Merthyr Tydfil, RCT, Torfaen, Caerphilly, or Blaenau Gwent!
The programme is for people who are:
- over the age of 16
- unemployed or working less than 16 hours a week, and not in full-time education
- looking for some extra help with finding employment
- unsure which way to turn to get that job
