    <title>MTIB Golf day a swinging result</title>
    <description>Thursday 24th May 2007 saw Merthyr Tydfil Institute for the Blind host their 9th Annual Golf day at Morlais Castle Golf Club, Merthyr Tydfil.  
	
	The Trevor Tatchell Golf Day which has become one of MTIB's main fundraising events of the year, attracted over 34 teams including organisations such as Leekes, Scottish and Southern Electricity, The English Blind Golf Association and many more.
	The teams of 4 competed in various competitions, ranging from the outright winner of the competition, the longest drive, nearest the pin or the possibility of winning a car which was donated by Thomas and Davies for the hole in one competition.
	The standard of golf was once again excellent with Premier Forest who are one of the UK's leading importers and distributors of Timber Products winning the tournament for the first time.
	Cory Richards, Sales and Marketing Manager at Merthyr Tydfil Institute for the Blind stated "This was yet another great day for the organisation and we at MTIB are extremely grateful to everyone who supported the event and took part in this amazing day."

    <title>Plans Underway for Trevor Tatchell Golf Day</title>
    <description>Work is well under way in organising the 9th Annual MTIB Trevor Tatchell Golf Day, which will be held on Thursday 24th May 2007 at Morlais Castle Golf Club, Merthyr Tydfil.

	The event was first introduced in 1999 and every year has been a huge success and we are sure this year's event will be another enjoyable day.

	This year MTIB has introduced a special sponsorship package which allows organisations to sponsor the whole event. For the first year of this sponsorship deal, MTIB would like to offer a huge thank you to:
