Contract Customers

MTIB is the Welsh regions largest provider of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) WORKSTEP Scheme, and also has Service Level Agreements with several Unitary Authorities.

The contracts with these customers are reviewed at least annually to ensure that MTIB's service provision is being fully achieved.

The contracts are specific in relation to output and quality standards, which are monitored and reported on a regular basis to DWP and Unitary Authorities.

Regular monitoring visits are performed by the WORKSTEP Contract Manager who provides valuable feedback, contract developments and competitor performance. MTIB focuses on the elements of quality through Estyn inspections, and overprovision of contracted numbers which enhance the value for money demanded by this customer. Customer satisfaction in this area can be measured by preferred provider status, the involvement in new intiatives and the awarding of additional funded places.
