ORDERING

We will contact you by telephone after a purchase has been made, please make sure a daytime contact number is given when you are checking-out.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Your options of payment are:

1) Credit/Debit Card through PayPal, before the bench is delivered (preferred)
2) Cheque, which must be received 5 working days before delivery. The cheque must clear before we attempt to deliver. Cheques must be made out to Merthyr Tydfil Institute for the Blind.
3) Cash on delivery, payable to the installers

CANCELLATION

We have a no-quibble 7 day returns policy. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to help.

DELIVERY

1) Delivery will generally take place within 10 working days of cleared payment, but will be agreed with you on placing your order
2) An approved signature is required on delivery
3) A failed attempted delivery will be subject to a £20 redelivery charge.
4) The product will be delivered flatpacked. There must be clear access for delivery.
5) There must be flat ground with access in order to deliver and erect the shed.

TREATMENT AND AFTERCARE

Your shed will have a base coat of treatment applied during the manufacturing process. This is a water-based preservative which is a primer coat to protect against adverse weather conditions. We strongly recommend that you apply an oil-based treatment as soon as possible, then at least once annually. If the shed is sited where it is commonly in contact with the elements, we recommend
that you repeat this process more frequently.
