MTIB adopts a customer focused approach. We research customer requirements, market trends, and competitors in a number of ways. For example, we have introducted a customer satisfaction questionnaire. Our sales team includes administration and technical support and works with customers to deliver a complete and comprehensive sales service.

By servicing the customers on a more regular and structured basis, MTIB is able to obtain a greater understanding of customer requirement and be more aware of what is happening in the market place. Feedback from commercial customers is reported at team briefing sessions, production meetings and also at business focus meetings so that everyone is made aware of customer developments, and future opportunities
