Client Customers

The focus on these customers is initially to make an assessment of their abilities and generate a mutually agreed personal development plan (PDP) with which to identify their needs. The PDP is reviewed at least twice annually, which provides feedback to the client and allows the client the opportunity to discuss their aspirations.

Our main source of client referral is through the JobcenterPlus Disability Employment Advisors, and we accommodate the full range of disabilities. MTIB has forged links links with other providers such as MENCAP, ELITE, Vision Products, WISE and networks with many other like-minded organisations, such as RNIB, St. Loyes College, Wales Council for the Blind, and Tydfil Training.
